Matchesfashion is a multi-channel retailer of luxury clothing and accessories.
The company, which started with one shop in Wimbledon in 1987, has grown into a global retailer, stocking more than 650 designers including Prada and Gucci.
HOW WE HELPED
We started working with Matches, as it was then known, when the company was looking to improve its customer service capabilities across all touchpoints. It wanted to ensure brand consistency and create a seamless customer experience. Plus, Matches’ success and continued growth had led to demands for the company to add more than 120 products a day to its offering.
We worked closely with the Matches team to design, develop and deploy sales and service capabilities on the ecommerce software.
